Forensic imaging expert, Dr Tobias Houlton, uses the newest digital technology and a wealth of scientific data to create facial estimates from skeletal remains. 

 

Working from 3D scans of ELS215’s head and facial bones, Dr Houlton shows us a human face, complete with the signs of the advanced Pott’s disease evident elsewhere in her skeleton.
